Carrot Bundt Cake

A super easy recipe to put together and a delicious treat for everyone to enjoy.


Ingredients


  • 2 cups of all purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda

  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon of pink salt

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • ½ cup of raisins

  • 4 large eggs

  • ¾ cup of vegetable oil

  • 2 cups of brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 2 cups of grated carrots


Instructions


In a large bowl add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and combine well.



In a separate bowl add carrots, raisins, eggs, oil, brown sugar and vanilla and mix well.



Stir the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir well until everything is incorporated.


Spray a Bundt pan well and add cake mixture.



Bake at 350 degrees on middle rack in oven for 50 minutes or until you can poke a toothpick in and it comes out clean.
