Did you ever think about making a nice cup of tea from the herbs in your garden?
Steeping herbs in hot water doesn’t just make a cozy and comforting cup of hot tea but also one full of potential health benefits. It's all natural and it's a really tasty treat!!
I love making chilled tea infused with fresh herbs.
These herbal tea infusions are more exciting than plain water and helps keep you refreshed as you can also chill it and drink it cold!!
Heat the water: Start by filling your tea kettle or pot with water and boil!
Prep: Place 2-3 fresh herb sprigs in a large teacup or mug. I used a sprig of cinnamon basil and a few sprigs of green lemon thyme.

Steep: Pour the boiling water over the herb sprigs and cover the cup, and let the herbs steep for about 5 minutes.

Strain: Remove the herb sprigs, discard the herbs, and enjoy!

Darn Good Stuff!!!
