Apple Chips
Do you have a bunch of apples you need to use up?
Try this recipe, it’s super simple with only two ingredients!!
Ingredients
Apples & Cinnamon
That’s it!!
Now how do you make them? It’s so simple.
Slice apples into thin slices. Add apples to a large bowl and mix in as much or as little cinnamon as you want then divide the mixture into two equal portions and using a double drawer air fryer, set to dehydrate, the temperature should be 180 degrees and I had mine on for about 4 hours.
Every 30 minutes or so, pause the timer on the air fryer and take the containers out and give them a good shake to toss all the apples and continue dehydrating.
Keep doing this until you’ve reached the apple chip consistency you want, then on a parchment paper dump out the apple chips and allow them to cool at which point they will crisp up a little more.
Store in an airtight container and enjoy up to a week, if they last that long!
