The other day when I was placing our Walmart order, I thought that I was purchasing all purpose flour. Apparently I didn't as sadly mistaken! šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

So, here we are šŸ˜‚ with a super quick recipe for blueberry muffins!

Now the recipe is on the bag so it'll be easy to make.

The recipe on the bag says to add half the bag of muffin mix in a bowl. Then in a different bowl, lightly beat 2 eggs and add 3/4 cup of water. Add the wet mixture to the dry and stir until mixture is combined.

Spray at muffin pan and add mixture to each muffin section until about 3/4 full.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 17 minutes and allow to cool a minute before removing from muffin tins.

Now you'll have vanilla muffins, but if you want blueberry muffins.....

Using frozen blueberries and a bowl, sprinkle on some of the dry muffin mix in the bag and coat the blueberries. Then place a few blueberries on top of the muffins.

I also sprinkled on a pinch of chia seeds before baking.
