Dried Banana Peel Fertilizer

Chop the peels up small to help speed up the dehydration process. Remove the ends and use the peeling only.

Dehydrate the peels for about 4 hours at 180 degrees. Then once they are completely dry, black and crumbly, use a food processor and crush the mixture up into a powder. It’s now ready to use for your plants!

Sprinkle a few tablespoons of mixture around your fruit and veggie plants. It’s really that simple! You can also add 2 tablespoons of mixture to a jar of water and stir well then pour around your plants. Either way will work.

Banana peels have potassium which is an essential nutrient for promoting more flowers and fruit on plants.
